Kelly Marty Vegh

Kelly has been selling real estate in the Cincinnati area since 1996, and has over 250 closed transactions to her credit. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various areas of Cincinnati, having been a Cincinnati resident for all of her life. Kelly has been recognized for numerous awards including:

In addition to being intimately familiar with Cincinnati neighborhoods, she also has extensive knowledge of the area's top school districts. Being a resident of Wyoming allows her to have in-depth knowledge about the area's home inventory, both on and off the market.

Kelly maintains membership in many professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. Kelly is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Education as well as Hondros College, where Kelly earned her Real Estate Sales License. Kelly now resides in Wyoming with her husband and two children.

Hayden Lichtenberg

Hayden is a second generation Realtor, as her father has been selling real estate for over 25 years. With his guidance and encouragement, Hayden pursued obtaining her real estate license in 2005, and joined Kelly in 2006.

Hayden is intimately familiar with Cincinnati's East-side neighborhoods, having been a resident there for the last eight years. She also stays up to date on area schools, and possesses knowledge of properties in the area both on the market and behind the scenes.

Hayden maintains membership in professional organizations such as National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. Hayden is a graduate of Clemson University as well as Hondros College, where Hayden earned her Real Estate Sales License. Hayden resides in Madeira with her husband and son.
